We come and see it, look at what has sold nearby and give you a price it can actually sell at.
We list it
We prepare the listing with photos and all the details and publish it on our website in several languages.
We show it
We talk to every buyer in their own language, answer their questions and handle the viewings for you.
We close the sale
We negotiate offers face to face with the buyer and stay with you until the notary. If the buyer is from abroad, we help them with the paperwork too.

Which areas of Tenerife do you sell in?
Across the whole island, for example in Costa Adeje, Playa Paraíso, Los Cristianos, Golf del Sur and San Miguel de Abona. We also work in Santa Cruz de Tenerife and on the west coast.
How will you promote my property?
We publish your property on our website with its own listing (photos, details and reference) in several languages, so buyers in Spain and abroad can see it.
Who handles viewings and negotiation?
We do. We arrange viewings with buyers, negotiate the offers and guide you through to signing.
What if the price I want is above the market?
We tell you from the start and explain why. We would rather agree a market price that sells your home than take it on at any price and leave it for months without viewings.
Do you also sell land, buildings or hotels?
Yes. Besides homes, we sell urban, rural and commercial plots, buildings, warehouses, complexes and hotels, and we work with a builder on the island when the buyer wants to develop a project.
What if the home is part of an inheritance with several owners?
We mediate between the heirs: we value the property, prepare proposals to divide or sell it and support the family until they reach an agreement.
